These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of services offered by SpireHub Software, a web development company, to its clients. Your access to and use of the site is contingent on your agreement and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and those who use or use the site.
Service Agreement
The Company undertakes to deliver web development services as described in the project proposal. The scope, schedule, and deliverables will be specified in the proposal or project agreement.
Payment Method
The Client agrees to pay the fees in accordance with the payment schedule as indicated in the project proposal. The agreement will cover payment terms, methods, and late fees.
Project Changes
Any requests from the client to alter the project’s scope, design, or functionality must be made in writing and may incur extra costs and delays. After evaluating the effects, the company will offer an updated project schedule and budget.
Intellectual Property
Any materials or content provided for the project are owned by the client. Until such time as an agreement is reached, the Company shall own all developed code, design elements, and other proprietary materials.
Confidentiality
Everybody involved in the project commits to keeping any sensitive information shared privately. The project, with the exception of any proprietary or confidential information, may be displayed in the company’s portfolio.
Third-Party Services
The client is in charge of paying for and maintaining any third-party goods or services that are needed for the project. The Company is not responsible for any problems or disruptions in third-party services; however, it may provide advice.
Warranty
The company will guarantee that the project is delivered defect-free and functional in compliance with the established specifications. The agreement will include information on a limited warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
The delivered project may be used, or the inability to use it may result in direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages for which the company shall not be liable.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project agreement if the other party breaches its obligations. The Client will be responsible for paying for services rendered up to the termination date.
Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to use mediation as a first resort in the event of disagreements. If mediation doesn’t work out, either party can look for legal action.
Governing Law
The laws of the state (Your Jurisdiction) shall govern this Agreement and be followed in its interpretation.
